Had the recent update to my Samsung Galaxy S21 5 G and since then the phone is constantly freezing, switching off and have difficulty rebooting. Done all the recommended actions and the service from the help centre is appalling. I am now seriously considering leaving the brand after 15 years. I refuse to pay for repair to a phone which has become faulty ever since this up-date. Avoid at all costs.....................
