oh no, have you tried to check for any pending updates on the watch or the app that you use to connect? It may be also worthwhile to reach the manufacturer to make them aware of this so they can get this sorted on a new version.
In regards to the Facebook notifications, have you checked the in-app Settings> Notifications?
