I get a message every so often saying in app purchases not supported. I have been in contact with Samsung and they asked me to do some resetting on the phone do I need to do this or can I ignore the message?

Are you experiencing this issue with Samsung apps, or third-party apps? Have you tried uninstalling, then reinstalling the apps to see if this helps?
