Hi @Gillyr1, let's try turning off the Bluetooth from the device your Buds are connected with, so the Buds aren't connected to anything. After you've done this, clean the charging case and Buds with a clean cloth, and reinsert the Buds in the charging case. Leave the cover opened and put the charging case on charge. When the charging case shows a green light indicating it's fully charged, disconnect the charger, remove the Buds from the charging case for 20 seconds and reinsert them. If the light remains green, reconnect the Buds to your device to see if this helps. Please ensure that the charging case cover is left open for the whole time during this.
