My partner recently had a change of phones (due to physical damage). I backed up the phone to her Samsung Cloud account, including a large number of Notes. Everything else seems to have been restored on her new phone, but there is no sign of her Notes.
Does anyone know where they might be hiding?
Thanks

Mobile Apps & ServicesThey should be in your Samsung Cloud as a synced App as long as that was set up to sync in your settings @Members_tG4gyvi
Something like this may help > How-do-i-restore-samsung-notes-from-an-old-device-to-a-new-device-using-samsung-cloud.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra 256Gb in Phantom Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I have no affiliation with Samsung.

Mobile Apps & Services@Members_tG4gyvi: It might also be possible to restore the backup via the Samsung Notes app itself. With this in mind, head to Samsung Notes > Tap the 3 lines in the top left > Tap the cog in the top right of the pop up window > Sync with Samsung Cloud. Alternatively, tap on Import data from > S Notes > Samsung account.
