I have the same issue S9 stuck in Android 9 while official android is 10, i called samsung help and they correctly advised although i live in the uk and bought from Amazon , this phone shipped from Australia and android updated are regional and has been sent to a network in Austealia called Telestar, they need to send me the update, i contacted them and they refused as no Australian sim is in my phone and i cant afford goin there just for a sim, phone dnt supoort esim and changin location or vpn dnt work, only soloution is custom Ram with risk which i avoided ,,, final suggestion, never buy imported phones as they dnt get updates
