Help me download and install android 10 on my Samsung S9+

I have tried accessing that option that its not possible as you can see

I only need android 10 not 13

Try plugging up to a pc and use smartswitch on both devices. See if you can get the latest update.

I did download smart switch and it still says the update is the latest one

Are you in the UK? Seems your phones software is US.
