Hi I've just had a Samsung s20 ,and it keeps refusing my virgin media password

Hi @2killamockingbird  You are sure it is the correct password?    If so I would suggest resetting the wifi password  on your router and see if that is accepted.   If unsure details of how to do that here  https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-hub-changing-password 

In any case it is advisable to change the password from the default , if you have not done so previously.

lol I've been under a lot of stress as late and I took a photo of my virgin hub and realised I'd miss a letter out . lol 😆🤣 anyway that you and tc.
