I need help. My old samsung phone has a black screen and it doesn't appear that the data on my samsung notes has copied across to new phone. Is this possible to get back?

What's the model code of your old phone and your new phone, and did you have your data backed up anywhere, such as Samsung Cloud, Dropbox, etc.?
