Heart Rate Zones

Samsung health has stopped taking my age into account when calculating the heart rate zone I'm working out in. My profile has the correct date of birth? Any ideas

Uninstall the Health Monitoring app from your phone apps, then reinstall. This should fix it.

I'm trying to uninstall but the watch 4 won't let me.. How do you do this?

• Remove the Samsung Health app from your phone, not the watch. Then, reinstall. Good luck .
