Unable to launch Samsung Members App

I'm getting server error response 400, and the app automatically shuts down. 

What I've tried :

1- clear data and cache

2 - update the app

3-soft reset of the phone

Would appreciate any help.

Have you tried to uninstall the app, then download it again?

I tried and didn't work. 

Maybe because I'm from Syria so it's banned or something?

Try clearing phone system cache and that could resolve the issue 😎.
