I bought my A16 in January. Since then there have been 2 software updates. Both times the update knocked out my BeMore hearing aid app. First time I managed to reconnect after 3 days and numerous attempts. This time I've been unable to reconnect. I, therefore can not control my hearing *****. I've reinstalled the app three times and done everything I can think of. Anyone else have this problem. I need my hearing *****, what should I do?

My honest reaction would be to contact BeMore app support. Checking the reviews, the application seems unreliable and temperamental. Have a look at the reviews. 3 stars and over 1.17k reviews- outrageous

Additionally, I would see if Samsung Smart Tutor can help; they can provide support for your device.
