I bought my A16 in January. Since then there have been 2 software updates. Both times the update knocked out my BeMore hearing aid app. First time I managed to reconnect after 3 days and numerous attempts. This time I've been unable to reconnect. I, therefore can not control my hearing *****. I've reinstalled the app three times and done everything I can think of. Anyone else have this problem. I need my hearing *****, what should I do?
