Mine still has "phone doesn't meet security requirements" error. I deleted all cards, uninstalled GPay app, reinstalled it. And still the same issue, I cannot add any new cards due to this error.
Did you receive any new updates recently?

One would expect that if you pay good money for the phone you shouldn't be facing this kind of issues. But I guess I'm wrong. I had OnePlus phones before Samsung S23, and never had any quirky behavior on them.
Let's hope that in my case, as in yours it will start working again out of blue.
