I was told at the Tmobil store that there's an issue with the Samsung 25 ultra phones not allowing people to txt properly. When i was in there another guy came in with the same issue. When are you going to get this fixed? This is a huge inconvenience. I swore by Samsung but this is making me second guess if I'm going to continue using Samsung. ETA on the next update to fix this is appreciated. Thanks.

You recieve all txts, I just can't send txts to multiple people, my husband being one of them. They said it's an ultra 24 issue with txting and Google messaging. I can make calls to everyone. Just not txt at least 10 people I txt on a regular basis.

I have. I did not realize this was a UK site. I just saw that it was samsung on my Google search. Perhaps it's just an issue in the US? I will definitely take your advice and send an error report. Thank you!

An idea to clear the cache of the Messaging app/reinstall and try reinserting sim. However issue appears to be related to RCS. You may also wish to Reset the Network connections, General Management-Reset,can Reset all settings or just the mobile Network settings.
