Good lock - Is there a possibility that it will become available in Bulgaria too?

Hello Samsung community. Good lock has been released in a lot of European countries, so is there a possibility that it will become available in Bulgaria too?

You won't know until you try to download it as it will tell you if it's available in your country or not.

Make the app avaible in Bulgaria, its been almost 10 years. I'm sick and tired of using those 3rd party alternatives full of ads and shady links in order to use official software from the manufacturer that i pay a lot of money every year. You have to be greatful at the market share and your position on the Bulgarian market, show us some respect and let us use some of the futures other people who paid the same amount of money like us get for free. You give other markets price cuts, more freebies, free TV and content, you give them trade-in deals, some extra warranty options - all we want is access to an app that is already build and function for years to be avaible in your store, whats the big deal about this i dont know.

Hi @MKRtheSVG , Like a lot of similar such things I strongly suspect the answer lies in the perceived market demand for the app versus the cost of implementing and supporting it in that area/language.

Other than posting about it on here, have you guys been in touch with Samsung Bulgaria https://www.samsung.com/bg/support/ or the Good Lock developers sec.systemui@samsung.com to express your interest in having the app available in Bulgaria too?

I contacted Samsung Bulgaria awhile ago, still no definitive answer, they said they will look into the matter. I couldn't even find any contacts of the Good lock developers, now I will be forwarding my request to them.
That's why i'm writing here so someone finally pays attention to our needs!

Samsung, you don't need to release it in Bulgarian language if this is too exppensive to do and our market is smaller, at least let us use the english version, I'll take even German if it's easier for you (we are both EU members, if it matters legally). Translation apps are available everywhere. Just allow us access. It's very annoying experience to know that it's available and free somewhere, but not here, and I'm not able to use my brand new and expensive Samsung device to its full capacity because of this.

Come on Samsung. As other users mentioned - we have been buying and using your products for a long time now. Even non-EU countries have this software available, at least according to some non-official list (because you don't have an official one).

It can be in English, we just want the original software available to us. I cannot think of a specific local legislations, except EU rules, then again other countries have this already.

It really looks unprofessional and under-supported/managed for Bulgaria. I don't care if it is due to local vendors, Samsung as a company should care more for us, and all.

Bulgaria users - if this is not resolved, let's sign some petitions, or send more emails to the developers or local company? Let me know if you want to group up.
