I just bought my a55 around 2 weeks ago and wanted to download the Good Lock app. Unfortunately it's not available for me so I ask my sister who also has a a55 to send the link and it says that the app isn't available for my phone. It's weird because my sister has the same model and downloaded here at the same country. Even my friend who has a a35 are able to download it.
Not to mention when I tried to go into the Samsung member app to ask for help it says that server not found and I couldn't open the app 😭 So I uninstall it and use the browser to get here 😞 I don't even know who and how to report this problem because I couldn't get access to the app even. Can anyone help me?

I am in ireland. I have a One Plus 7 pro. I have tried and failed to get the members App, being told that my browser was not acceptable even though its the Samsung Internet browser. Does Samsung restrict who can download their members App? We have many Samsung devices including watches, tumble dryer and Smartthings. It sounds ridiculous.

Thanks Andrew, that's where I started and got message that browser not acceptable. Read various advice and tried Galaxy store. Same message. Tried Samsung Internet, Galaxy store logged onto my Samsung account and still got browser not acceptable. Completely confused especially by comments above about geographic restrictions.
