Galaxy store Couldn't complete purchase

Why am I getting "Couldn't complete purchase

 Your credit card was declined by the card issuer,

 or your credit card information couldn't be

 verified"????

I have funds in my account, Google play store is fine so why is this ***** happening? 

I've tried restarting my phone, clearing data and cache on the galaxy store to no avail. 🤬🤬

Perhaps your bank has problems? It may be worth speaking with them.

Did you not read the part where they explain that their bank acc works fine on Google's store?

I am able to read and comprehend, thank you. There may have been a bank issue at the time of the transaction. The OP is unlikely to have made a purchase from Google at the same time and if they had they may have experienced the same issue.
