I need to clear my Bluetooth cache (following advice from Tidal) but do not appear to have any access to system apps. Does anyone know if it’s possible to do this please, and if so, how?

Hi @David Burns

You'll be able to clear the Bluetooth cache by going into Settings > Apps > 3 lines on the right-hand side of 'Your apps' > Enable 'Show system apps' > Find and select Bluetooth from the list > Storage > Select 'Clear Cache'. After you've done this, restart your phone. Hope this helps!

Thanks. I tried that but the option to clear cache of the bluetooth app (version 16) is greyed out. Do you have a solution for this please?

I am aware that resetting Bluetooth and wi-fi will clear the cache, but I’m trying to avoid having to re-pair all my devices.
