The A04e is not scheduled to get One UI7 / Android 15 having reached the end of its update schedules with 14.

You shouldn't expect one ui 7, as phone is lowest end phone and unfortunately you won't see update, there was rumours that it might get it earlier this year, but is low budget phone so therefore you won't get one ui 7 update unfortunately.
