I can get fb n messanger aswel as Internet on my wi fi, yet I can still get Internet & receive messanger n 5g but I can't send messanger on 5g. 

As for fb, I can't get any ones profile or updates on fb with 5g, & can't get anything on fb like searching for friends profiles, I get the profile but no pictures & it says not connected to the Internet, (if connected to WiFi it works) have been in an ee shop & they said everything seems to be working but they don't know what to do so now. I have also tried logging out n deleted fb n messanger & reinstall it but it still the same.

Yea I went into a ee store n they checked my account, for any restrictions aswel as the settings, n every thing is OK,

I've tried that numerous times aswel as the set the phone & Internet settings in fb app n messanger app, but ever is as it suppose to be, u been to my local ee shop n they are stuck in what's wrong with the fb n messanger app,

I actually had something similar to this on my previous phone , OnePlus 8t , I couldn't access Facebook via 5g / 4g I could get on the app but nothing would load up , no pictures no profiles from what I remember it was ok on WiFi , I tried everything I could think of and eventually I sold the phone and got an S24+ and it was ok with Facebook, sorry it's not much help but I'd definitely go see someone in a Samsung store

Thanks for your info, part of me is saying is to get a new phone, (tempted to go back to I phone but people are saying it still boring) & this phone I like the things you can do with images etc, I'm planning to go to a Samsung experience store but nearest is about 4-5 hrs away.

I think i found a fix!! So im trying to tell everyone i can. Settings > Apps > Messenger > Battery and turn off optimization for messenger!! Just change it to "unrestricted"! ChatGPT said this because I guess the heavy battery saving restrictions in the new update have been causing issues in messenger apps. Let me know if this works for you too 🙏
