Error when trying to post instagram story

I just got a Samsung Galaxy Flip 5, a new Samsung user here used to have an apple.

 I have installed and uninstalled the instagram app, cleared all the data and cache, Installed updates comma restarted my phone. Nothing fixes the simple message that just says error that pops up when I try to post a story that has a sticker or interactive element on top of it.

I also can't save my story or photos as a draft or just even to my gallery. Once that error pops up, all the effort i put in to decorate my story is completely gone because I can't save it or post it

It's fine if I just want to post an image with text. But the issue is occuring when I add stickers and gifs to my stories

Please help!

Have you spoken to Instagram? If nothing works

Have you given Instagram all the permissions?

Are you denying any app permissions?
Settings > apps> Instagram and see if app permissions are allowed.

Also check under Instagram settings if anything is blocked.

Iam facing the same issue. Posting via my Ipad works like butter. No permission problem sometimes it posts sometimes it shows error at random butblately mostly ut says error whenever i try to use stickers or tags like location et

Hi so Just after i posted my comment below I tried again and succeded. So basically if you select the picture or video from the app you should be able to post . I was. But if you go to gallery and try to share a media feom gallery to the app it is not going through.  Seems like samsung/android glitch.
