During daily usage, I'm so used to using the phone that it surprises me when I come across someone who doesn't know you can do certain things. Like creating Custom Shortcuts to put on your home screen to quickly access things you use a lot.
I showed a few people the other day, and wondered that there must be many others that don't realise we have this ability with One UI.
I have various Shortcuts I use often on another screen that I find useful.
It's easy to do.
In this instance I will pick Instagram in this instance.
Tap and hold the app to get the menu up.
Tap and hold on the Shortcut
Then just simply move it to where you want it.
That's basically it.
Now you can go straight into what you want quick access into, rather than going into the app.
Handy like with YouTube, I can go straight into my subscriptions where I normally go first.
It's not an option for all apps, as some don't support this.
But thought this would be a useful post for anyone that doesn't know this feature on Samsung phones
