had to clear cache off each individual app however done it then removed account ,wont let me sign back in allegedly wrong pass word or email ,both of which work fine on BT's website or pop 3 not switched on but surely must be as I can get into account on line
getting very frustrated now got as far as closing old account cant sign in again "can't verify account user name or password incorrect or pop3 not switched on " but it all works properly when I go to bt login page I'm thinking it must be a Samsung software problem
