Hi i'm after some help please I tried sending an email off my s21 ultra and it came up with username or password is incorrect or pop3/IMAP access isn't turned on for this account. Check your email account settings on the web and then try again. I have tried looking and have no clue what else to do?

My emails are sending on the outlook app so will use that from now on thank you for your help

Best for email is imap especially if use more than 1 device. That way you'll never lose emails.

With pop3 the email is downloaded locally and can be removed quite quickly from the server and thus if you delete app you could lose email.
