Email address to Samsung Cloud no longer available

Hi.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge for about 4 years.

I was with Virgin Media and they "lost"my email address because of security reasons(or so they say).

After many phone calls to them,I cant get my old email address back and cannot log into my Samsung Cloud account.

Is there anyway to change my email address with The Cloud or can I access it with my Google account?.

Im deseperate to access it as it has many photos,videos on it from years ago.
