Just to clarify, have you already factory reset you phone and are now wanting to get some of the data you've mentioned back onto your phone? Also, could you confirm the model code of your phone?
I had backup all my data just before the reset but somehow nothing was backed up. The backup took about 30 minutes and was successful. But when I check my backup data it shows only for 2019. Can you please tell me what could have happened?
Also, the apps I had before have been restored but the messages calls logs and photo are missing. My internal memory shows 31gb occupied. It is possible that the data is hidden somewhere.
