Danish Ai support please

Hello Samsung,

I am a loyal user of your phones for decades, but I am quite disappointed that you do not have a Danish language pack for your AI. You market the phones with this fantastic AI feature, but it does not function optimally on Danish devices because you lack a Danish language pack. Why don’t you just buy one from Google? It understands everything. I don’t think it’s fair that we Danes are left out when you advertise in Danish about AI and its capabilities on your new phones. The Swedish language pack is available! Come on! Don’t you think it’s about time? A Danish language pack for your new phones.

Not only Danish, please. Europe is UNION with 28 language which are equally valuable, but Samsung clearly doesn't value a 500 million people market,  we as union are bigger market than US and UK together.  Period.

Also the EU can be a pain in the butt for companies with their strict rules ( which I agree are generally good) but it holds companies realising cool new stuff to its member countries.

Look what happened to Apples AI being delayed in the EU.

I'm yet another Danish user desperate for any scrap of news on whether Danish language support is even on Samsung's radar for Galaxy AI. The deafening silence is infuriating—how hard is it to give us a hint? Meanwhile, the apple-polishing competition are gearing up to roll out support in Denmark by fall 2025. Is Samsung just fine with being left in the dust? I’m not just annoyed; I’m fed up with the complete lack of communication. A release date would be nice, but even a simple acknowledgment would keep me from jumping ship. Step up or lose I guess.

@Tiburan: I'm really sorry to hear of your frustration surrounding the availability of a Danish Language pack on Galaxy AI supported devices. I have looked into this for you, and at the moment there is no news to share about the addition of a Danish Language pack to the existing collection of options. While I cannot guarantee that Danish will be included, please be assured that new additions are likely to be announced in the near future, so please stay tuned to our newsroom, where any relevant information will be shared.

Excuse me Mr.Moderator, but as a user I think we have the right to demand a finished and useful product, I have been user for a while and I just arrived to Denmark, and currently trying learning the language, the whole reason for me to get a new device was,  to be able to use it in ANY foreigner language, specially DANISH, could you please at least tell us where we can push for that to happen? Thanks in advance.

@Marlycious: I don't have any news to share about the inclusion of Danish as a language pack option on supported Galaxy smartphones and tablets.

While I understand that it might not be ideal, I recommend heading to Settings > General management > Samsung Keyboard settings > Translation > Select 'Google'. This will give you access to Google Translate options via the Samsung Keyboard, which includes Danish. Please note that you will need a Wi-Fi or mobile data connection, as Google Translate is an online service.
