Contacts not uploading

Hi, 

For about the last month I can't see friend suggestions for my contacts in either Facebook or Instagram on either my S10+ or my Tab s4. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, clearing the cache, turning contacts sync on and off but nothing helps. Does anyone have any idea what I can do?

This happening when you log in to those apps on another non-Samsung device? Have you doublechecked the in-app settings to make sure everything is as they should be in those?

There are guides I found on how to disable friend suggestions, but they may help with checking the relevant in-app settings:
