After putting in my claim for £50 cashback after I would receive it within 45 days I still have not received it. I put my claim in on 7th December 2022 sent promotion team an email an no reply that is 3 days later.
It seems like a recurring practice with Samsung, keep trying, try calling customer service this time instead, that way after the call they should give you a reference number connected with the call you made to them. Hope this helps
