I have recently turned on sync on Samsung Notes but when I go to my Microsoft OneNote account, I don't see any of my notes. Anyone know how to make sync work between Notes and OneNote?

Verify that the account used to enable sync is the same account that you have signed in into OneNote. Is OneNote app installed on your phone? If you are checking on your laptop/PC, it available in Outlook in OneNote feed.

In Samsung Notes, go to Settings and click on Sync to Microsoft OneNote > Folders to sync. Check if the folders are selected. Next, go back and click on Sync now.

Samsung Notes does NOT sync with OneNote - it's just a marketing ploy. The only way to do it is to copy the text using a third party app.

I am experiencing the same issue. 😞 I can't understand why this is happening. Both Samsung and Microsoft have high-end technologies supported by AI, and the note sync worked properly in the past. This is not rocket science, so why is it failing now? 😞 Is there anyone who can help? For instance, why is there no 'Feed' button in the installed version of OneNote's toolbar?

All of these steps have been completed. The Samsung Notes app shows in the sync menu: 'Last sync: 20/01/2025 10:59' There are no signs of any issues, but I cannot find any of my Samsung Notes in MS OneNote. However, if I use the OneNote mobile app on my phone, the sync with my computer works perfectly. This confirms that the connection is working properly.
I have more than 900 personal notes in the Samsung Notes app, and I cannot see even a single one in MS OneNote! 😞 This is the issue...
