Chat feature keeps popping up on screen after update on Samsung Galaxy S20

Hi, 

I was wondering if anyone can help me please. Since i updated my Samsung mobile phone, i keep getting chat feature popping on my screen. I click on use without chat feature, but it still pops up on screen. I have attached screen shot of what keeps popping up on my screen. How can i stop it popping up on my screen. Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

Your post is in 9/21. Samsung said they were fixing it around then! I've been getting this now for about 6 or 8 months and I'm in 9/23.

So annoying. Wish we could complain to Samsung directly.

Have the problem been fixed? My Aunt Sheila have a Samsung 10 Galaxy Note plus and her phone getting the pop up message happens.

The issue is fixed with me. I went to Google Play store app, looked for updates. I went onto messenger app, clicked on the 3 dots on top right hand side, clicked on settings, clicked on chat settings and was able to turn chat feature off. I've waited 24 hours and haven't had it popped up once. Give it a go. If no updates, keep checking your google play store. Hope this helps. Get your aunt Sheila to try that.

For me it appears at every update. Which is still annoying. I don't want any fancy SMS service. Got enough chat programs as it is.
