Sorry to hear that. If there is no backup or the deleted numbers are not in the recycle bin, first stop using it. Cause if they are overwritten by new data, there is no way to recover them back. Then you can ask for help from a pro shop or Samsung data recovery software like Dr.fone, Coolmuster Android SMS + Contacts Recovery, PhoneRescue, etc. Usually, they are not free, and not easy to use. @shellecox1980: If you have a Galaxy S21 running Android 15, then please open the Contacts app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Recycle bin > Press and hold on a contact you have deleted, then tap on any others you'd like to include (or hit 'All' in the top left) > Restore
