Cant find Multi Window on S9 to split screen after Latest full phone update

After the latest phone update on my S9 I can't spilt screen. Before the update it was perfect and easy to use. Now I can't find it any where. When I look on YouTube it only has the split screen Ingo for the S9 where the update on the phone hasn't been done. HELP PLEASE

@CD30: Press the Recent Apps button > Press and hold on the thumbnail above the preview window of the app you want to open in Split Screen > Open in Split Screen View. The app will open in the top half of the screen. Now, select a second app from the Apps Menu or Recent Apps and it will open in the bottom half of the screen. Hope this helps.
