Hi all,
I am getting increasingly frustrated with Samsung Thailand who have been unable to help me with my issue. I am simply trying to DL Dex on my MAC and Macbook, but when i click to DL absolutely nothing happens.
I am not using a VPN, pop-up blockers are off, Firewall and Firevault are both off and still nothing happens. I can see the page is attempting to load a new page, but then, after a few seconds, that just times out and disappears.
Does anybody have any idea what is happening and perhaps anything i can try??
