can't view my gallery

Hi

I keep getting the following message on my phone and cos of it can't view my gallery, can anyone help please

com.samsung.android.scloud.app.SamsungCloudApp

Keeps stopping 

It says either close app or report feedback 

but I can't close the app?

Hey @Liberty59, do a Soft Reset of the phone by pressing and holding the Volume Down as well as the Power buttons for 10 seconds. After this, go to: Settings > Apps > Gallery app > Storage > Clear cache and try opening the Gallery app again.
