Can't uninstall

I can't uninstall PDF AI Add on app. I've tried all usual ways but every time I try to press icon it quickly sends me back to home page. Has anyone any advice? Many thanks

Did you download it from the play store ?? If so find it on play store and it should let you uninstall it.

as pete00 said above, you should try to uninstall from play store, you can search or find it from My apps in the store or use samsung apps and search it there.

I also have the same problem been trying to uninstall the Ai PDF add on app it has taken control of my activities I am unable to use the phone as I have been using it and tried all steps to uninstall it but failed it all started when I installed a smart watch I bought from TEMU

the app might be a system app meaning you cant uninstall it, all you can do is disable it or uninstall with ADB

ADB is a command utility from Google, you can get it on your pc

Put the phone into safe mode, then try to remove the app.
