can't log in to secure folder

is anyone else struggling? my phone updated and now it says I'm logged out of my secure folder. I've tried all passwords I can think of and none are working. I've also attempted to log back into my Samsung account but its coming up with the old email instead of the new one I put in

otherwise are you able to reset your Samsung account https://account.samsung.com/accounts/v1/MBR/resetPassword
