Can't Install SmartSwitch on widows 8.1

Hi,

I'm trying to install smartswitch on a windows 8.1 PC. It starts the installshield wizard, but then I get the message "Error: -1925 The specified profile entry could not be added".

I have tried re-installing "Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package" as I saw that was a fix for a different install problem, but this has not worked. I have tried restarting my pc etc, but have not been able to fix it.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I have also tried using "run as administrator" and I have tried activating the administrator using command prompt, logging into that and trying to install there, still with no luck.
