Can’t get past two step verification

So I can't get past my two step verification to get into my cloud. I have since sold the phone and changed the number. I was wondering if there is any way to get that taken off?

Hi @Mjbnow23. If this is for Samsung Cloud, it might be worth contacting the Accounts Team on 0800 995 1079. Hope you get it sorted!
