Have you pressed down on the app, selected the i in a circle icon and selected uninstall?

If this doesn't work, what is the actual App name please?

It is PDF A1 Add on.When you press it in apps it takes you straight back to screen. It doesn't let you go to factory setting or turn the phone off.Also won't allow access to other apps
