My Samsung iPhone screen went black. The Service Department on Long Island tells me $200+ or I can buy a new phone. Price range over $500. The question is, why are so many of us having black screen issues? There seems to be a problem with these phones, and the consumer is left to absorb the cost. This seems to be workmanship or something. Maybe Consumer affairs needs to look into this black phone issue.
