Some help please. I joined the beta program I have the Samsung s20 plus phone been a week now no new updates available. Live in the UK. Also not recived November security update as well yet. Model of phone SM-G986B/DS

no problem, I suspect you may need to contact tech support directly (0330-726-7864 UK) or withdraw and re-apply. Seems you have been accepted but the device is not receiving any OTA updates. A quick call to them might be the easiest way to resolve this.
