Some help please. I joined the beta program I have the Samsung s20 plus phone been a week now no new updates available. Live in the UK. Also not recived November security update as well yet. Model of phone SM-G986B/DS

I install samsung members for some time now, can't see the banner to join beta program ... is it just me?

no its unlocked version not tied to any carrier

if you click on bell icon on top right and then go in to notices you should be able to find it there about the beta stuff when open the message click on the image of the phones its for.

Thanks, Is the app showing that you are joined? i.e. can you report beta faults etc on the Beta welcome screen within Samsung Members?

Thanks for the reply and help. Yes I clicked enrol then said will get updates in 10 minutes or so. Now when I go in to that page it says withdraw option at bottom.
