@piotr681: If you have an eligible model, then you can enrol in the beta programme via the Samsung Members app on your device. Make sure you're logged in to your Samsung account, then head to the Members app > Notice > Registration for One UI Beta Programme > Complete and submit the application form. 

If the option to enrol is not visible when following the steps above, then you are sadly not eligible to take part.
