Hi just got my Samsung Tab S9+ and have just registered the device.
But I see this message appear...
Additional services are limited for products not purchased in your current location.
Please check for the country location of purchase.
From what I've found it this usually is from a device sourced outside of my country of purchase.
But I bought my Tab S9+ from Samsung UK. Ordered and delivered within 2 days.
Do I now own a Non-UK version of the device?
Please explain...
**Btw just retired my old 2011 Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet...she did me proud but was time for an upgrade.... Tab S9+ is pretty amazing so far....
Many thanks.
Max

Any news on this? I'm having the same issue with my S24u. Purchased from Samsung UK so not sure why that message is showing up...

Same here. I also can't activate my Samsung Care Plus. It's very very annoying and I hope they resolve it soon

Same, S24 Ultra bought directly from Samsung UK. I wonder what that is all about and if Samsung will do something about it
EDIT: Few days have passed now and it's all showing ok,, warranty confirmed and all. ABle to register for Samsung Care+ etc. Must have been so early and maybe preorder phones (especially in exclusive colors) were handled differently/from another region. Who knows I guess.
