I'm trying to get fitter and the Samsung Health app is great but I can't register when I'm walking and carrying my baby. He's nearly 11kg so I must be burning more calories wearing him than not, but I can't even find a way to add weight to an exercise. Am I missing something? People walk and run with weights sometimes yes? So it's not completely babycentric!
Hiking or Backpacking should match, although I didn't test what difference it makes regarding calorie burn when compared to Walking. Backpacking is found in 'Add workouts >' on the Exercises screen below the more conventional exercises. There's also Mountain climbers if it's uphill 😉
