Adding a dotfile for the gallery API

Affected App: Samsung Gallery API

Short Description: Like the .nomedia dotfile, there should be a another dotfile like .norecent, which hides the entire directory from the "recents" in the gallery api.

I've been organising my gallery lately. And I have a lot of pictures which I still want to view in the Gallery App under a specific directory, but I don't want them to be listed in the "recents" and the external api, which third party apps like telegram use (It's called all media) to get acccess to the most recent pictures on my phone.

Especially when it comes to third party apps like Telegram/WhatsApp, etc., we use the "recents" list the most. This feature really would help me and others keeping their phone gallery organised and clean and makes it easier to find media.

I would really appreciate a thought about this feature request.

Thank you and best regards

I've reported this as a bug as the gallery does not respect the .nomedia file in the Downloads or Screenshots directory but will anywhere else. Other apps will, but Gallery specifically does not. Samsung will come back with some unfounded tripe that this enhancement is for user benefit when it is not. It also does not provide privacy which Samsung seem to forget
