Hello,
I've been getting the following message for a few months, everytime I take a screenshot (which is a lot). I have yet to find the solution anywhere. I follow the instructions, but Samsung Capture is simply not there. I've seen screenshots from other people that show where it should be.
I think I accidentally pocket-uninstalled or disabled
it. Shortly before the first time it happened, I pulled my phone out and found it on this same screen (my phone is very sensitive to human touch, even by my leg). Of course, I didn't know anything was wrong at the time.
Does anyone know how I can reinstall or re-enable it? I've checked Google Play and the Samsung Store.
Please help!
Oh yeah! The screenshots do actually save, so it's mostly an annoyance each time. Plus the fact that I can't use my snipping-tool-like feature because it errors when I select it.
Solved! Go to Solution.

That was partially it! It's not under Apps (I tried that first), but in the same area I was in - All files access. It was Show System Apps under the menu. Could've sworn I looked at options there already, but hey, it's fixed!
Thanks Fiona26! Teamwork! 😊
