Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community!

This will be due to the specific network provider or temporary issues in those areas. If you believe it is due to the phone's antenna, contacting Samsung support would be worthwhile.

There we go, then—I would absolutely contact your provider. Keep note of the locations you are having issues with.

Reset Network Settings: This will reset Wi-Fi, mobile data, and Bluetooth settings. Go to your phone's settings, find "General management," then "Reset," and select "Reset network settings." Note you will have to re-enter wifi passwords.

Software Updates:
Clear the cache and data of apps that use a lot of data, such as your web browser.

Ensure your A54's operating system and apps are up to date. Software updates often include network performance improvements.

Booting the phone into safe mode, will load the phone with only the factory installed applications. This will help determine if a 3rd party app is causing the issue.

Maybe try clearing cache-
1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer. Press and hold the Volume
Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu
options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them
and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete,
Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.
You can also Repair apps via the Recovery Menu.

Worse case I would try contacting samsung.
