Thank you for your message. Is everything up-to-date and have you tried restarting your mobile? If it is not succesful, can report which e-mail app you are using and what kind of error message or problem you are excactly experiencing with the app?
To see if this can be resolved, we also have the option to look with you remotely. You can then make an appointment for a Remote Assistance session, one of my colleagues will call you back and look with you remotely.
